Also not far from the centre and the marina. Within 50 metres walking distance from the residence there are: restaurants, the harbour, the chemist, medical service and some bars. On Thursdays the open-air market which offers typical and genuine products of Gallura is open.

the residence provides studios and one-bedroom apartments equipped with all comforts. The studios are set in a small two-story building. Decorated with great attention to detail, the studios consist of a living room with kitchenette, a twin or double sofa bed, and a bathroom. (30 square meters). If located on the upper floor, they feature an equipped balcony. If located on the lower floor, they boast a garden with outdoor furniture. Some also have a small French balcony.
