The famous district of the Ciudad de las Artes is a mere 10-minute drive away and it is just 1 minute to restaurants, bars and the nearest links to the public transport network and 5 minutes to an array of shopping venues. The city airport is approximately 10 km from the hotel whilst it is 170 km to Alicante Airport.This 4-storey hotel is housed in a building that dates back to 1890 that underwent renovation work in the year 2000. There are a total of 6 apartments on offer to guests with capacity for up to 4 people. Room service is available and there is a car park to be found close by for those arriving by car (fees apply).The apartments cater for up to 4 persons and each come with individually controllable air conditioning and heating, a room with 2 single beds, spacious wardrobes, a kitchenette with a ceramic cooker, an extractor fan, an oven, a fridge, a washing machine, a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities and a dishwasher. Further room features include a dining table with 4 chairs, household items, dishes, plates, pots and pans, a salt pot and tea towels. The living area has a sofa bed (135 cm wide), satellite/ cable TV, a hi-fi stereo system and a table. A full bathroom, basin, bidet, bath and towels come as standard, as do bed sheets, covers, a hire safe and a balcony or terrace.
