Villas Blancas are located in a residential area of Playa Blanca, near to Montaña Roja- Red Mountain. The Villas are 3.6km from the beach and the centre of Playa Blanca.

Marvelous semi attached villas, on the Playa Blanca, 3.6kms from the fishing village; where there are shops, bar etc. The Villas are in an enclosed residential complex, quiet, safe and with complete privacy. The complex has 11, two bed roomed villas and 8 three bed roomed villas with swimming pool (heated from November to April).

The 3 bed roomed villas have two floors, on the ground floor there is an air conditioned lounge with direct access to the terrace, there are also two bed rooms each with single beds,¡ and a bathroom. On the upstairs floor there is a large bedroom with safety deposit box incorporated, air conditioning and “en suite” bathroom with bath tub, shower and hair dryer; leading from the bed room there is a small balcony. The 2 bed room villas are all on one level, with air conditioned lounge, bed rooms with single beds and bathroom. All villas have flat screen TV with satellite channels, radio CD, DVD, table and chairs, separated fully equipped modern kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher , various small electric appliances , and cutlery; there is also an area with washing machine, dryer, cleaning equipment etc.

Both types of Villas have a private swimming pool, heated from November to April and a BBQ area.
